Here is my go-to recipe for a delicious, super healthy, and really easy to make
smoothie. It’s a great way to pack a ton of nutrients into a complete meal and get your body bikini ready in no time!!
-generous handful of frozen fruit. I like bananas, strawberries and blueberries-but the list is endless, use what you love!
-1 scoop of Whey protein powder (There are many brands out there, sometimes I get a vanilla flavored one.)
-1 scoop of Super Green Food, so even if you don’t eat all your veggies, you will be covered. Again, lots to choose from, my fave is Dr. Shultze.
-2 tbsp of Udo’s Oil 3-6-9 Blend, a must have for all healthy hotties and the best for getting all those essential fats. Great for skin, hair, digestion
-Almond Milk. Soy and lactose free, with more calcium than regular milk and tastes amazing. Use as much as you want, depending on how thick you like your shake.
That’s it! Sometimes I throw a little peanut butter in there for an extra kick-tastes yummy! I am so addicted to my shake now and my family loves it too. Try it- your body will thank you!
